I've been busy and have a few big days ahead. A
big day? Doing what? "Well, um, actually a
pretty nice little Saturday, we're going to go to Home
Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring,
stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't
know, I don't know if we'll have enough time." Yep.
I've been fucking busy. "Whoa! Whoa! Why the F-ing?
Why in front of the kid? All ya gotta do is say "earmuffs"
to him, and you can say "Fuck, shit, bitch."
For those of you reading my vulgar post it's from the
funniest movie I've seen in a long ass time. Old School.
Yes, those are Old School quotes so don't go getting your
panties in a bunch. I'll be updating my site this week
as it's about time I made a change. Hot as hell in Denver.
Life is still good. Thanks to those of you who wished
me Happy Birthday and helped me celebrate it. I got my
fat on, now it's time to start the 13 week journey to
the Colorado Natural Bodybuilding show in October.

Move your body like a snake ma. Went to a fashion show
for Graé clothing. Cool event. Disturbing little
monkeys made out of hair by some artist were hanging from
the ceiling. I hope they didn't have monkeypox. The College
World Series is in full stride in Omaha. Warm weather
in Denver and life is good. Watch out for erotic sexy
kittens they may be carrying the monkey pox. Just a funny
word, yet not.

It's been awhile
since I last wrote, well over a month eh? I've been busy
doing this and that. Running, working out, trying to figure
out the price of corn in China, you know the usual stuff.
Have you seen the new Coors Light Commercial, Wingman?
It seems to be pretty popular with their demographics.
I happen to fall in that target audience and find it pretty
amusing. Why? It's funny cause it's true.
This chick's rockin' your bro on the
dance floor.
But she's towing an anchor.

New design to the site. Lots of things happening in the
Land of Hinds Co. I finally finished my taxes - what a
pain in the ass. Checked out a show at the Fillmore in
Denver - Mason
Jennings opened for Guster
on Friday. It was a great show with lots of energy. Don
and Shannon Trouba are moving back to the big O - why?
You got me, nah Shannon found a job and it is the right
move for them. I'll miss slamming over Don on the basketball
courts. Okay - no that's a lie, I suck at basketball.
I'm training to see how low the ol' body fat can go. Currently,
I am 187lbs and 9.5% Bodyfat. Yippee. Dieting sucks and
I won't be doing any more of the drinky drink until my
birthday rolls around - July 3rd kids - write it down
so you can shower me with gifts. I'll try to be a little
more on top of the log game this month.
